1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the hi177 website available at hi177.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, account management tools, and associated services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the hi177 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on hi177 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) amount held in a player's hi177 wallet at any given time, including any applicable bonus balance held separately.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional or bonus funds credited to a player account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player from their own payment method, minus any withdrawals made, net of settled bets and game results.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using a bonus amount before that bonus (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any country or jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and from which hi177 does not accept player registrations.
• "Verification Documents" refers to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method documentation that hi177 may request from a player for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all platform operations, transaction timestamps, and promotional periods.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on hi177, accessing any part of the Platform, placing any bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, betting markets, bonuses, or promotions displayed on the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail in respect of that product only, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. hi177 accepts no liability for accounts registered or operated without appropriate authorisation.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on hi177, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hi177 does not permit access to or use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Territory in which online gambling is explicitly unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hi177, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have requested through hi177 or one imposed by any other gambling operator or regulatory body — that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. The name, date of birth, and contact information you provide must match the identity documents you will be required to provide during the verification process.

Each player may hold a maximum of one registered account on hi177. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

hi177 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason for that refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hi177 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. hi177 will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. All activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you personally performed that activity — is your sole responsibility. hi177 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hi177's customer support team immediately via live chat at support at hi177.io. hi177 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot be held liable for losses arising prior to the point at which you notified hi177 of the unauthorised access.

hi177 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, rate-limited login attempts, automatic temporary lockouts following repeated failed login attempts, and optional two-factor authentication. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication on their accounts for additional security.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hi177 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the Platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Supported Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. hi177 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the Platform's Deposit page.
• Platform Fees: hi177 charges no platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond hi177's control.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable. hi177 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during peak BST hours. Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours during BST business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM BST).
• KYC Verification: Withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require submission of Verification Documents before processing. hi177 will notify you via your registered email address if additional documentation is required.
• Pending Bets: Funds that are committed to active bets or unsettled game rounds cannot be withdrawn until those bets or rounds have been settled.

hi177 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal request if there is reasonable cause to believe that the withdrawal is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, hi177 may freeze the account and request additional documentation before proceeding.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

hi177 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time the offer is communicated:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms and may include account verification status, minimum deposit threshold, and qualifying game types.
• Bonuses are credited to a player's Bonus Balance and are held separately from the Real Balance. Real Balance funds are used first in all betting and gaming activity; Bonus Balance funds are applied only after the Real Balance is depleted unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Each bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement. The Wagering Requirement multiplier and the qualifying game types will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games not listed as qualifying games do not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
• hi177 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and begun meeting its Wagering Requirement at the time of withdrawal or modification will be given a reasonable period to complete the requirement under the original terms.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering designed to exploit low-risk bonus conversion, or any other strategy that hi177 deems as a systematic exploitation of promotional offers — will have their bonus cancelled and their account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside the hi177 Platform.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and other wagering activities conducted through the hi177 sportsbook. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and bet types are published within the relevant section of the Platform and should be consulted before placing a bet.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only once a confirmation message has been displayed to the player following the bet placement process. hi177 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to technical failure, network interruption, or insufficient account balance.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the final and binding odds for that bet. Players using "request a bet" features acknowledge that odds may differ from the initial indication.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided by hi177 in the event of data feed errors, manifest pricing errors, event cancellations, or circumstances in which the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's Real Balance.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to delays caused by data feed latency. hi177 reserves the right to suspend live betting on any market at any time. Bets placed during a period in which the outcome of the event or the relevant market is already known — due to the player having access to information not yet reflected in the live feed — will be voided.
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to the maximum payout limits published on the Platform for each sport and market. hi177 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.
• Cricket Markets: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series, and all other cricket markets are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Cricket section of the Platform. These include rules on rain interruptions, DLS method application, player replacement, and match abandonment.

8 Casino and Game Rules

All casino and gaming products available on hi177 — including live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and crash games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for non-live products, and by live game mechanics for live dealer products supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other accredited providers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's built-in disconnection policy. For most games, an interrupted round will be settled based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection. For live dealer games, the round will be completed by the dealer and the result applied to the player's account upon reconnection.
• hi177 is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side technical issues, including poor internet connectivity, device hardware failures, or browser incompatibility. Players are responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for stable gameplay.
• Game history and transaction logs are stored by hi177 and by the relevant game provider. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's server logs shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes and wager amounts.
• hi177 reserves the right to remove any game from the Platform at any time, including during a player's active session. In the unlikely event that a game is removed during an active round, hi177 will credit the player's balance with the value of their unsettled stake.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi177 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended by its design, including but not limited to odds monitoring bots, automated betting systems, and screen-scraping tools.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or manifest pricing errors in any game or betting market. Players who identify such errors are obligated to report them to hi177 support immediately; failure to report and subsequent exploitation of an error will result in account suspension.
• Placing bets or participating in games using funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of hi177's customer support team or other players.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's back-end infrastructure, including through SQL injection, cross-site scripting, or any other form of cyber attack.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

hi177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• hi177 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft in connection with the account.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• The player's account activity suggests problem gambling behaviour, including rapid and repeated large deposits following significant losses.
• The player has requested self-exclusion, and hi177 is implementing that request.
• hi177 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Upon account closure, hi177 will process any remaining Real Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) to the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hi177's customer support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

11 Responsible Gaming

hi177 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling for all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost to the player:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, the platform will prevent further real-money play until the period resets.

13 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of hi177, except in the course of normal Platform use (for example, browser caching for page display). Systematic downloading or scraping of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to hi177 for delivery to players. 14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi177's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hi177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if hi177 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hi177 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hi177 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hi177's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

hi177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

Where an amendment materially changes your rights or obligations, hi177 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address. However, failure to receive such a notification does not affect the binding nature of the revised Terms once published.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which hi177 operates. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
